Train the Trainer

This two-day highly interactive course prepares professionals to teach adult training and development courses. Train the Trainer's ten lessons provide potential instructors with a successful and workable methodology that can be applied in teaching any subject. The lessons cover such topics as communication, effective media use, motivating learners, and meeting-room layout. Computer-based presentation skills using presentation software and projectors are also covered. Workshop participants also make practice presentations and receive useful feedback.
